- I have heard that the new chipset will be 16bit sound and 24bit graphics
- with backward compatibility. This of course is an obvious move for AT!

- I think that if AT designed the PPC to have a custom chipset then it will
- be different to other PPC`s but still able to run Mac OS and NT. But a
- PPC Mac will not have the chipset so won`t be able to run AmigaDOS.
- Perhaps the chipset would then be made available on a card for PPC Macs
- and IBM PPC`s.

- the Amiga different.
